Marie’s mission is to make fitness and good health a way of life—and to have fun while doing it! She brings that same energy to her own workouts, which include weightlifting, dancing, and running.

Kevin Houseman is a former collegiate and U.S. National Team swimmer whose training background spans world-class weight rooms and international competitions. After earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Northwestern University, Kevin finished his NCAA career with a runner-up finish at Division I Nationals and an SEC title in March, then continued learning inside one of the top collegiate strength & conditioning programs at the University of Tennessee.
A certified personal trainer and studying for his CSCS certification, Kevin takes a science-based, technique-first approach that makes the weight room welcoming and effective for all levels. His specialties include sport-specific strength and conditioning, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and introductory Olympic lifts. Kevin’s coaching philosophy is simple: the gym shouldn’t be intimidating, it’s an opportunity to learn, move, and improve. He believes consistent training supports both physical and mental health and can lead to a safer, healthier, and more fun life.
“Whether you’re building a foundation, returning from time off, or preparing for your next season, my goal is to help you move better, lift safely, and train with purpose.”

Max believes that a truly healthy mind and heart need a healthy functioning body, and in today’s world, keeping a regular fitness schedule is a significant boost to anyone’s mental health.
